What should I do if I don't receive an e-mail after the completion of the reservation process?

In case the confirmation page on our website was shown normally but you did not receive the confirmation email with the tickets you would need to open a request by using the form found on the first page of our website in the customer support section in order to request the tickets to be sent to you.

 

In case you don’t receive any confirmation email from our agency within an hour after the completion of the reservation process and no booking code confirmation was shown to you on our website please contact your bank in order to clarify if there has been a charge for this booking. In case your bank informs you that there has indeed been a charge contact us as fast as possible by using the form found on the first page of our website in the customer support section or use the contact information provided in the "Company" => "Information" part of our website.
