Each passenger is allowed to bring a certain amount of baggage for free. This amount of baggage depends on passenger’s destination and travel class. Each passenger travelling with Malaysia Airlines is allowed to carry up to 2 pieces of baggage. First Class passengers are allowed to carry baggage weighing not more than 110 lbs (50 kg), Business Class passengers are allowed to carry baggage up to 88lbs (40 kg) and finally passengers travelling on Economy Class are allowed to carry baggage up to 66 lbs (30 kg) of total weight. Passengers travelling with infants are allowed to carry additionally 1 piece of baggage weighing not more than 22 lbs (10 kg). All pieces of baggage must have total dimensions of 158cm (except infant baggage mentioned above which total dimensions must be up to 115 cm). In case you are Enrich Platinum, Gold and Silver member, you have an additional baggage allowance.
