While travelling with Air France each passenger is allowed to bring a certain amount of baggage for free. This amount of baggage depends on passenger’s destination and travel class. Passengers travelling on Economy class are allowed to bring 1 piece of baggage up to 23kg, Premium Economy Class passengers are allowed to bring 2 pieces of baggage up to 23 kg each, Business Class passengers are allowed to bring 2 pieces of baggage up to 32 kg each and finally La Premiere Class passengers are allowed to bring 3 pieces of baggage up to 32 kg each. In case you have bought a ticket with no free baggage allowance you can purchase a baggage later by calling us or the airline company directly. All Flying Blue Silver, Gold and Platinum members as well as Elite and Elite Plus members are allowed to bring one extra piece of baggage. Note that the sum of dimensions of each piece of baggage must be no more than 158 cm.
Each passenger travelling with Air France is allowed to bring a specific amount of hand-baggage on board depending on the travel class and the flight’s duration. To check-in with Air France you have to choose one of the following services:
1.Online Check-in. Available from 30 hours prior to the flight’s departure. By checking-in online you can receive your boarding pass and once you arrive at the airport simply leave your baggage at the baggage counter.
2. Airport check-in. Check-in and print out your boarding pass at the airport at a self-service kiosk or a self service check-in counter. Deadline varies from 15 to 90 minutes before flight’s departure.
